Classification Scheme for Technical Components
The e-Framework uses several classification categories for cataloguing and discovery purposes. The classification schemes include classifiers to describe the content of the core e-Framework components: Service Genres, Service Expressions and Service Usage Models (SUMs).

These classifiers call attention to the uniqueness of the components that are submitted and help the e-Framework to catalog them accordingly. Submitters are requested to use the classifiers when preparing documentation of Service Genres, Service Expressions and SUMs.
