Updated e-Framework service genre list reflects community experience

March 2009
A recent review of the e-Framework's list of approved service genres has resulted in a revised list that reflects the experience gained since 2006. The updated list includes précis (brief descriptions) of the genres with links to full technical descriptions for many. As experience in using service genres in service usage models grows, the genre list will evolve to include additional revisions and refinements.
